They don't disclose before you install that they also charge 3-1% of your preorder revenue, on top of the monthly subscription rate. I'm sure many small businesses aren't aware of this hidden fee. Terrible.
Don't be shady, and include in your pricing section.
We’re truly sorry for the frustration this has caused, and we sincerely apologize if the pricing details weren’t as clear as you expected. To clarify, the pre-order transaction fee is transparently listed on our app page in the Shopify App Store pricing section, so merchants can review it before installing and select the plan that best fits their needs.
That said, we completely understand how important clarity is, especially for small businesses, and we regret any confusion. Our pricing has always been based on the value our service delivers, and we work hard to ensure it’s worth what our customers pay.
