Update: it's now April 27, 2025 (initial review June 2, 2024) and I just want to share that I still love this app and the support. Growave has some of the best support ever. On one hand, I rarely need the help because the app is so good on its own (as you see, it's been almost a year since I last contacted them), and on the other hand, when I do have a question, the support team always has quick and accurate answers. I really appreciate it!
Original review - I have to give a shout out to the Growave support team. I haven't needed to consult them often, but the few times I have over the past year, they've responded very quickly (often within an hour!) with helpful fixes. Shopify integrations can be tricky, especially with as many features as we get in the Growave Loyalty app, but even with my custom themes, Growave support has been fast and accurate in keeping me up and running. It is greatly appreciated, especially considering how reasonably priced this app is. And with so many features under one app umbrella, once you get the hang of its configuration, it's the same for all the features. It makes backend maintenance a whole lot easier. I use a lot of apps in my shop and Growave's are the best.
