The online onboarding representative, Gwen, was very helpful and made the difference. The number of options is overwhelming, and the app seems to be very limited unless you do upgrades, but honestly, for a starter like me, the single affiliate "test" option was everything I need to start. If I were to suggest anything, I would say to the developers to calm down on the locked out upgrade option visibility, it is very intimidating - with paid levels of up to $800 a year, it leads you to think that the app is not useful until you hit a pro level. The developers should allow you to "warm up" to the app and not scare people off. I almost went shopping for a different app.
