App is great but customer service is non responsive and theres no option to cancel. Now I am stressed they will auto charge my account.

Hello - We have ensured that your free trial will convert to the Free starter plan when your free trial ends in 2 days. You will not be charged at all for Sales Pop!
You did not reach out to our support team to make this request - we are always happy to help!
If you want to cancel Sales Pop you will need to uninstall it from the Apps section of your Shopify store. Again, I want to assure you that you will not be charged when your Free Trial ends.
