Downloaded and installed easily, support team went through a 30 minute set up zoom call to get settings set to my liking. Only been installed a few days but adds another level of sales strength to my site. Happy so far.

I’ve been a customer of sales pop for a few years. and I’ve really enjoyed their app! Having their pop-ups has definetly made my site look more ‘alive’ and increased my sales.

They bill based on a per-session basis, but the information they can provide around how many sessions were triggered is limited and makes very little sense.
In the app, it shows that I had more sessions than pops - that means that I was billed for sessions in which no popup even showed. That makes no sense, and when I tried to get more info I was given a long response with no explanation or substance whatsoever. You can't trust their numbers, and they will overbill you as a result.
The Sales Pop-Up app is a great tool for boosting trust and increasing conversions on my Shopify store. After installing it, I immediately noticed how professional and engaging my store looked. The real-time pop-ups showing recent purchases, product views, and add-to-cart actions create a sense of urgency and social proof for customers.
