It has taken me a little while to get everything set up - not because it's confusing necessarily, but because there are so many awesome things you can do with the app. I did have some initial issues with the integration with Klaviyo and setting things up on that end. But Bryan (with Rivo) helped me out quickly and even created a "test" account to help to make sure it was working from his end! Thank you so much!
