Having a free plan but then having an incredibly limited use of the app with the free plan seems really anti-consumer. It feels like it's meant as a way to force someone to move into a paid plan. Y'all should remove the preorder limit from free plans, as limiting preorder sales to 5 sales for one of your main features is just pointless, and doesn't make me want to pay for premium.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts, and we sincerely apologize for any frustration caused by the limitations of the free plan. It was never our intention to make you feel pressured or restricted, and we deeply regret that the current setup may have given that impression.
While the free plan is designed to provide access to core features, we understand that its limitations, such as the preorder cap, can be frustrating. To address different user needs, we offer a range of plans, including the Essential plan, which increases the preorder limit without requiring a premium upgrade. This way, we aim to give users the flexibility to choose a plan that fits their requirements and budgets.
Our goal is to ensure fairness while offering features that truly deliver value and justify the cost. We are continually striving to strike the right balance and improve based on valuable feedback like yours. Once again, we’re very sorry for the inconvenience you’ve faced, and we thank you for helping us improve!
