I went on the app because I needed to email my customers. I received a message that there were issues with my DNS. Kayque helped me to understand what I needed to do to resolve my issues. He double-checked what I had done and said I was good to go. I'm very thankful to him and all the support I've received over the years from the Omnisend tech support staff.
