Since 2018, according to EU directives, no fees may be charged on payments from online shops.
In order to comply with these guidelines for the European markets and also to protect you as a merchant and your shop, idealo has asked you not to charge these fees.
idealo does not act arbitrarily here, but according to clear guidelines that they themselves must follow.
