The platform is amazing -best out there .really happy with how it performs and ease of use . Love the courses . 5 stars
BUT the support is lacking .very very slow, limited weekend response , no phone number. Urgent issues when you can’t get into your account -took days to get a response ...very stressful when your business is running through it to not be able to ring , or have any online chat . Fix this and you’ll get 5 stars
