Very good for recording customer behavior to see what the card value was or simply to know what the customer was doing on the website before he/she left or proceeded to the checkout. Certainly better then other recording app like LuckyOrange for example. Customer Service is also very nice altough mostly AI. All in all a very solid App that can help you diagnose and analyze customer behavior very well.
