Fera Product Reviews App

I contacted customer support and asked for a cancellation of my subscription as I migrated to Shopify from Wix and they never cancelled it!

I realized I was being charged for months and they won't refund me. Even though I was using Fera on shopify too. I will definitely be finding another app. The good reviews are incentivized by Fera for free 1-year subscription! So take them with a grain of salt.
