Tech support is amazing, super quick to reply and sort any issues or help with how to do things better. Monthly catch up with your own success manager which is brilliant- Chad is super helpful, replies quickly and actually understands our business. We are getting 47% of our sales through our app. Highly recommend to use for your brand! All in all, excellent platform and just gets better- they are continually investing
