Zoko started off promising, but our experience has gone downhill significantly.
Over time, support quality has dropped sharply. Most concerning is that our, automation flows have been unreliable and frequently don’t work as expected. As a result, we’re no longer seeing any meaningful benefits or ROI from the platform.
What was once a tool we were optimistic about has now become a source of frustration, mainly due to poor support and lack of ownership from the team.
At this stage, we cannot recommend Zoko unless there is a serious improvement in support responsiveness, accountability, and platform stability.
