QuickBooks Online

Like everyone says, this app worked, and now it doesn't. I tried to contact customer service, just to be told to contact the app developers. When I tried to find out how to contact the app developers, I reached the same site I was on previously. I can accept a company making mistakes, but I cannot accept a company basically gaslighting its customers (I know that sounds like an exaggeration, but it really isn't). If you don't work with them yet, do yourself a favour and don't start! I'm unfortunately stuck in a position where I need to stay with them until I get up and running with a different service. Don't make a mistake and choose QB Online! I promise you'll regret it.
