The app is exactly what is needed and is full of options for any possible scenario regarding our needs.
The support has always been relatively immediate whenever I needed interaction, and they resolved any problem almost immediately.
Overall, there was excellent support, an excellent app, and great prices.

That deserves 5 stars. It is worth the money and the time to set up (which is minimal).
