It was super easy to import reviews from my old website which was super helpful. When I ran into a snag, I got instant online help while still in my shopify store. Sonny was such a big help. He was knowledgable, and went above and beyond by helping with my initial question, but then seeing another issue I didn't even know I was having, and fixed it. All this happened in about 6 minutes.
