They are to big. Support picks up just fine but if you have an issue it turns over to email which as they said "Quick Reply... 24 - 48 Hours".
So if an issue needs back and forth response it turns into days. Meanwhile your customer is waiting and sometimes you have to cancel.
Not good for business. Meanwhile your kinda stuck.
MINUS another star - Second time Now Printful will take an existing product that you have been embroidering for months and out of the blue say it needs alterations. Meanwhile they just produced the same product a week earlier. Now you go into the 24-48 slooooow or no response.
