The app can be difficult to install/integrate for some people but when I encountered issues, I reached out to customer service and they were of immense help! Not only did they help integrate the application with shopify, Rob (customer service), also helped make customizations and guided me through the entire process with patience and a supportive attitude. Thank you so much, Rob!
