I tried several affiliate app, and found this one be the best. I have used the free version for many months now. It has been working well.
I don't use the referral fee payment function, because I would like to pay my affiliate through other method like Zelle. It is a little complicated to record manual payment. Each time I need to play around quite a bit. Look like the app offers a lot solution and automation, probably too complicated for my business. It is like the learning curve is a little too deep for me.
The customer service is great. I just asked my first question using their chat function. The response is immediate, by River, and I quickly get the answer. For this, I give this a five star.
I have not started a serious referral program yet, but plan to do so sometime this year. I am still hoping to use a simple one with simple interface. In the meantime, I will spend more time to learn Goaffpro, and decide which one I would like to go and purchase the upgrade from the free plan. Will update later.
