Pandectes GDPR Compliance

I have been using this app for a number of years (probably nearly 5 years since I opened my website). I haven't had any issues over this time and the banner has been serving it's purpose.

I haven't checked on the settings in this time and something in Shopify suggested I check it and update some settings. After navigating through the steps, I found that the app itself needed updating and it asked me if I would like to "check for compliance". I clicked this and it passed me through to a real person ("Alex"). He was extremely helpful and guided me through the one step that I was missing and two extra steps to improve the customer experience overall.

I also have an issue relating to Shopify stats which turn out could be linked and was given a lot of advice to try and test along with a link with extra help once I have had a chance to watch and see if any of the stats change from the changes I have made today in the settings.

I am only on the free plan currently and would recommend wholeheartedly as I felt like Alex had the time to support and help me regardless. I have had a look at the plus versions as a result and it is something I will consider going forwards should my business need the extra features.
