I contacted support to check my store's Google services and consent setup. Ermis handled everything professionally and patiently. They asked the right diagnostic questions, requested the exact Shopify screenshots needed, and walked me through verifying the Google custom pixel permission and Simprosys consent settings. When Simprosys consent was disabled, Ermis stayed engaged while I enabled it and then rechecked the store.

Thanks to Ermis’s guidance my store is now correctly configured for Google Consent Mode V2 (Advanced) and confirmed GDPR-compliant, only strictly necessary cookies fire prior to consent. Communication was friendly, clear, and efficient. I appreciated the step-by-step instructions and the final confirmation that everything was working.

It works great. However, accessing data is a major issue - you can only export 10 rows at a time. Making it impossible to do any kind of analysis.

It's worth paying a few quid a month for to get the extra peace of mind from having check ups when you make changes to your site. I've got quite a bit of experience in dealing with privacy and compliance and this app makes it as simple and easy as possible. I've installed it on a few sites.
