Pandectes GDPR Compliance

The app works great but moreover the helpdesk works very well - opinion based on experience build on contact with Natalie who solved all my technical issues very fast and in professional way. She is polite and focused on the issue to be solved.

We have been using Pandectes GDPR Compliance for several years and have been super happy with the ease of use. We also have a tool that helps us stay compliant with GDPR compliance. We recently got offered a compliance check and we got some great suggestions from Konstantinos to make sure we meet all the regulations. Konstantinos and the entire support team were very helpful in getting my Google consent mode fixed and running. I had previously used another app to manage my cookie & privacy settings, and when I uninstalled it, it left some code in my liquid file and was causing my Google tag to fire improperly. Konstantinos went through my code and found and fixed the issue for me, as well as made sure everything else was correct. Top-notch service!

While I cannot say anything about the app, as my shop has not launched yet, the support is fast and fantastic! We dealt with a Shopify access request issue, and Natalie never lost a beat.
Everything was solved and cleared with competence and a good dosage of humor. I could not have asked for more.

Great options to customise. I had a general cookie issue (nothing to do with the app!) and Natalie helped me solve it (Well, solved it by herself really) which was actually super awesome - I would have had to get a developer to help otherwise.
