I have used this to migrate our products to Amazon. At any point I have needed help beyond the available help files (particularly for undertstanding migration errors) or for really unique queries, the support team have been able to answer within a couple of hours with screenshots of my actual shopify product listings, highlighting the steps I need to take in order to resolve my problem.
