I give them a big fat ZERO stars for support. Their claim, "5-star support and onboarding included with every plan", is overstated. Don't expect any assistance from support; go straight to the FAQ for support....

At Starshipit, we support 3PLs by giving them flexibility to tailor setups for their clients, which can differ from the direct onboarding we offer independent users. This helps avoid conflicting configurations and keeps things streamlined.
