Never use this app, and don’t be misled by the 5-star reviews.
They ask for reviews while you’re still on the free trial and promise a lot of support and features. But once you actually start using the app, the experience goes downhill fast. Their customer support is extremely poor and unhelpful.
The app itself is disappointing, but what’s worse is their billing and invoicing process. We recently received an email about a “pending invoice” for the trial period, even though we had already stopped using the app. We also had a deposit balance available on their dashboard, and we simply requested that it be adjusted in the final invoice.
Instead of resolving it properly, they came back three months later with an invoice for the trial period and even marked invoices as paid incorrectly. After we raised the issue, they blamed it on “technical glitches.”
Overall, very unreliable service and billing practices. I would not recommend this app to any serious business.
