the app works very good and has the best customer service! we wanted to see what kind of VIP tier someone was is the Shopify POS system but this wasn't an available feature. but when but when I pointed this out to the customer service and they added that! I also think the price is very good for all the functions, features and service. and you can import points from an old system into this one fairly easily. so the overall experience is very good!
