QuickBooks Online

Its literally 10pm. I'm absolutely stuck and I have an issue with the sync from my shopify store to quick books. I'm still getting used to quick books so Im a little out of my depth. I fired a message in chat expecting not to hear back or get an AI bot and I get a response from Nick. He found the issue straight away and spent 15 mins helping taking time to assist. As a small business I am trying hard to do everything myself and Nick just sorted something that I thought was going to take ages to correct. The app is so easy and simple to use, customer support is amazing. Thank you so much Nick.
