I would give the Zoko team a 1000 stars if Shopify had the option. Honestly, they help out so much in creating custom flows and our MoM ROI from Zoko is about 3000%. Custom flows really reduce the burden of manually attending to customer conversations & keeps it so seamless. Our abandoned cart flow works so well & pays for Zoko itself!
