The app can get extremely frustrating due to constraints when linking the Shopify catalog with existing listings on Ebay/Amazon. It leaves too much room for error, and the process to correct it is so complicated.

This app isn't very user-friendly. The instructions are incomplete.

The support is really hit or miss. Sometimes it's great, and sometimes it's downright infuriating and the person either doesn't understand the problem or is just trying to close the case without actually listening.

The Amazon connection is very faulty - inventory often doesn't update, so we oversell items through Amazon and are forced to cancel orders. It's happened several times and there is no easy solution to prompt an inventory resync.

If you sell a product with variants, good luck to you - the app makes it so difficult and time-consuming to edit variants. There is no bulk-edit option so you need to click into every one to update the settings.

The parent listing settings do not override the variants like you think they would. If you already have linked variants, you need to edit them individually.

This app has the potential to be fantastic but is just not getting the support it requires. Shame I'm not aware of any better solution.
