I had a few teething issues when I first installed the app but I was able to successfully migrate all of my customers, their info and reward points and previous orders from my old website quite easily. When I contacted support for help at a later date, Uri was extremely helpful and responded super quickly - he even created a video for me on my website to show exactly how to rectify an issue I was having.
