CedCommerce eBay Integration

Although CedCommerce eBay Integration customer service seemed really helpful, as soon as they fixed a problem we were having, they asked me to leave a review and stayed on the shared screen until they had seen me write it!
After this we have had nothing but trouble with the app, the inventory is continuously incorrect causing sales on things we don't have, and then the final straw yesterday, when it happen again, they claimed it was my fault as I had listed items directly on eBay, when we have use their app for everything.
