The platform is excellent and user-friendly.The support team has never refused to help and has been consistently patient in addressing all our queries.
Whenever we came up with new ideas or needed to streamline our processes, their support was always prompt and helpful. While there are a few process-related shortcomings, the team has been proactive in addressing the feedback we've shared.
Overall, our team has had a positive experience, and we’re hopeful that this platform will continue to support us in achieving even greater success.
