We chose this because of the low cost, full features, and insignificant performance impact. It delivers better than many more expensive apps which didn't have all the features or negatively impacted store performance.
We wanted point redemption in checkout, and that works well. We wanted a page to manage points, not a floating widget, also an effective feature. Beyond that it is incredibly feature-intense.
The quick knowledgeable response from their customer service chat is very impressive. They figure things out quickly or find next best workarounds to accomplish what you want. As far as app support goes, it is second to none.
