I am liking it but I have found making a different color options for text color not as easy as it looks or it could be the video I was using. But I still am not able to easily figure out how to make different variant colors for different texts.

You can use the "Make a specific design for [color]" feature on the right side of the Product Creator. It will allow you to place different text for the selected color. Please note that embroidery products won't have this option.
