The app is a bit technical but the customer support from the team is good & hands on
however, I would definitely recommend some changes/upgradation
- The automation WhatsApp chat should show in the dashboard so the ‎WhatsApp data/contact details of customers would be collected much more conveniently

- It should be easier for a customer to give submit review (love this feature on Zoko. You guys should definitely check it out)
