I hate to do this even though support was helpful.
Within minutes of downloading the app i was flagged as spam so they wouldnt allow me to use the app at all. Then i had to speak with support the whole process took about a half hour to an hour.
Then after all that their LITE version only allows the number they advertise as lifetime not monthly. They don't however include the word LIFETIME anywhere on their product page before you download and then wait for a half hour just to find out.
Im bummed because the product may be great. But it was an awful starting experience and the false advertising on the LITE version will take me to a competitors product.
We are so sorry for the frustrating experience you had , that’s not the first impression we ever want to give. We completely understand how discouraging it must have felt to be flagged as spam within minutes of downloading, then spend so much time with support only to feel disappointed by the LITE plan limits.
