Blown Away by the Support & Customization!

I had a few questions about the design of my loyalty login page, and within one minute of opening the chat, Taylor was there to help — no waiting days for email responses! Not only did he offer creative input, but he also implemented the custom code for me right on the spot. In less than 15 minutes, I had a beautifully customized page ready to go.

I’m genuinely excited to see the results from this app. My only suggestion would be to add a way to verify Instagram and Twitter follows before awarding points — but wow, the customer service is hands-down the best I’ve experienced across any Shopify app.

Taylor earned a customer for life. I’m not easily impressed, but this absolutely blew me away. Way to go, Appstle!
