Hazel helped me set up and get going. I needed some custom items as well and she was able to get me in touch with devs

Small update: They again helped me today set up my VIP Tiers. There were a few syncing issues, so they are fixing those quickly.

They are also building me a custom VIP experiance, Customer service is out of the world. When you have an app and can contact CS 24 hours a day, that is a HUGE bonus
