We have had an issue for two weeks that has not been resolved and has lead to us losing a contract with a retailer because the orders were not marked as fulfilled, even though Amazon had sent the order and the customer received it.

We were previously using WebBee app integration, however something happened, and the orders stopped marking as fulfilled on orders page. We need to manually fulfil these orders however they're still not marking as fulfilled
