I had the privilege of working with a chat customer service rep Cara. She was very patient and helpful. She also reviewed the app on my website and pointed out some features that I may have left incomplete, which would prevent me from utilizing all the app's features. She also noted other features and upcoming features. She was amazing! and a great representative of the company.
