Shopify Flow

I just used this app for 2 months. It works fine for most of the cases but the issue is... when any automation stopped working it doesn't send any alert.

Recently I have changed the coupon code which was used in one of automations. The automation stopped working and there was no update regarding this. when I was checking the automation then i realised why coupon automation is puased and the reason was changing in the code setting.
