We've just installed the app and needed some technical help with our DNS records to get it working. As this is not our expertise, it was great to deal with their customer service reps who were very helpful in guiding us along. Most recently Hazel and Rani gave a lot of their time to get us ready to launch. Very friendly. I know that if we have any other issues as we get used to the app, we can reach out and have a quick response.
