I would like to give Sam a big shout out for her amazing customer service in helping me to trouble shoot an issue in my store. Sam was extremely patient with me because I'm not totally computer savvy but she got me to where I needed to be and held my hand through the entire process and ensured me that it will get done. I appreciate Trendsi for all they do in making sure the owners are where they need to be to be successful and operational. Thanks Sam for going above and beyond in assisting me today.
