Product page made no mention of a 3% fee on pre-orders. We removed our previous tech before installing this one (our mistake!) based on the many positive reviews, only to see we must pay a very hefty monthly fee to get the fees down to 2 or 1% on pre-orders. Misleading product page.
Hi EternaCards, we’re truly sorry for the misunderstanding and frustration this caused. Our goal has always been to provide clear and fair pricing, and we take your feedback very seriously.
Based on feedback like yours, we’ve now updated our app listing plan section to clearly display all transaction fees upfront. We’re also continuously working to improve our pricing systems and transparency to make sure this doesn’t happen again.
