Update: they reached out to me after seeing this review and rectified the situation. I still think there needs to be clear instructions on hire to stop the subscription since not all apps with that way.

There is no way to stop service on their platform, there is no contact information to get in touch with anyone, if you ever stop needing the app they will continue to charge you. SOMEONE GET IN CONTACT WITH ME ASAP.
