We encountered an issue after downloading the app, as a Women's Health store we were accidentally flagged as breaching Notify Me! policy.

We sent a message to the customer support and Mason immediately responded (within minutes). He worked out what we do as a health business and was able to resolve the problem immediately. App is now working well - exactly what we need and a super responsive and helpful customer services team. 5*
