I had an issue with the App staying at a endless loading loop after adding it as a section block on the affiliate program landing page. Long story short, it had to to with the CSP of the theme blocking the API request.
I reached out the support team, which escalated the request to their dev team and. On the following day, I already had a follow up on the chat. After a few back and forth words here and there, I was able to solve the problem.
Nick was the bridge between the dev team and myself to make it all possible.
