Zoko: WhatsApp & Instagram CRM

Zoko has turned out to be a savior for us. We have been receiving tons of messages on WhatsApp and we were looking for a reliable service that is deeply integrated with Shopify, handle chats and give us option to have multiple agents login and respond to queries with the option to automate responses. Zoko has it all. The team is very cooperative and creating flows for us where ever needed.
