We used it to connect it to Amazon. It took a bit work to connect, but the customer support has made the difference. The representative (Joy V) was very responsive and helpful. She provided quick and detailed answers to the questions we had.
In terms of things to improve, I think development team can work on the error messaging a bit more. The error codes regarding required fields are somewhat descriptive, but sometimes maps to multiple fields and can be cryptic to resolve.. again, customer service shined here to help.
